When will my order be shipped?
We typically ship 1-3 business days after we receive your payment.

How long does delivery take?
It typically takes 3-7 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your location in the United States.
Note: While we aim to ship within 3-7 business days within the United States, please be aware that it may take longer to deliver to remote areas or areas facing uncontrollable factors (e.g., logistics issues, weather, traffic conditions, national holidays, peak seasons).

Is shipping free? What are the delivery areas?
We offer free shipping on all items. We currently only ship within the United States.

How will my shipment be shipped?
As our logistics partner, Amazon is responsible for shipping YESKIS products. They will select the carrier they deem best for our customers.

What should I do if my order is out of stock?
Orders for out-of-stock items can be canceled and fully refunded.
If an item is scheduled to be restocked during the season, we will ship it as soon as the item arrives. Not all out-of-stock items will be restocked. Out-of-stock orders will be canceled after 30 days if we do not receive the product in stock.
Where possible, we make every effort to alert customers of possible delays or offer possible alternatives to the original order. We send this information via email: customercare@yeskisshoes.com.

I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive at the same time?
We try to ensure that all items arrive at the same time. You will receive a shipping notification email once the items have been shipped.

Can I change the shipping address of my package after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipments once the product is on the way.

What should I do if I entered or provided the wrong address when placing an order?
Shipping information is automatically generated based on the "Shipping Address" entered when placing an order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, you will be required to pay for the shipping costs of the re-shipping.
Therefore, if changes need to be made, they must be made quickly. Otherwise, your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours.
